ibml, a leader in information capture solutions for the enterprise, was named winner of the 2017 Document Manager Software Product of the Year. This award recognized the ibml Capture Suite, a comprehensive end-to-end capture solution. Document Manager magazine is a leading source of news, advice and product reviews to document scanning, data capture and document management professionals in the UK.
This is the 12th consecutive year that ibml has won a Document Manager (DM) Award. This year’s winners were announced at an event at The Radisson Blu Edwardian in Bloomsbury, London on November 23rd. Winners were chosen based on online reader voting and judging panel deliberations.
“ibml is honored to be recognized with a DM Award for the 12th consecutive year,” said ibml President and Chief Executive Officer Martin Birch. “This award highlights the strength of our intelligent capture software and our unwavering commitment to delivering complete solutions that support the rapidly evolving information management needs of businesses and government entities.”
ibml Capture Suite includes modules that enable organizations to standardize document scanning from ibml ImageTrac®, TWAIN and ISIS compatible scanners. The software automates document classification and data extraction for structured and unstructured documents during and after scan time, captures documents from sources such as e-mail, fax, mobile or multi-function peripherals, centralizes operational administration and control, and analyzes performance throughout the capture workflow.
“ibml Capture Suite is a great choice for any organization that is looking to upgrade legacy imaging software or consolidate multiple, costly capture products into one streamlined solution,” said ibml Sales Director Ashley Keil. “Organizations that have adopted ibml Capture Suite as their standard software platform have reported annual cost savings of up to 40 percent compared to other capture suites.”
