Weisberg Named to Lead Customer Services in IBML's European Hub Office

May 24, 2004 -- Birmingham, Ala. -- Imaging Business Machines (IBML), maker of the ImageTrac® Scanning Platform, has named Rich Weisberg vice president of world wide customer services. Weisberg will be headquartered at IBMG's Konstanz, Germany, office where he will oversee technical support, customer service operations, help desk support, and accounting and order processing capabilities for the EU.
"Rich has done an excellent job of building our world class customer support division in North America, and he will be using the same model to build a similar operation in the EU," said IBML Founder and CEO Gary Murphy.
