ReadSoft Partners with IBML in Document Automation

Maisons Laffite, France -- 10-11-04 -- ReadSoft, the global leader in software development for document automation, announces a partnership with Imaging Business Machines, LLC (IBML), a leading developer, manufacturer and distributor of medium and high-speed, high-capacity document image scanners.

ReadSoft announces a new product platform, ReadSoft DOCUMENTS, along with a partnership with a company whose products align tightly with ReadSoft's vision of freeing businesses from manual handling of documents. IBML provides scanning solutions that provide the highest document and data integrity possible.

Under this relationship, ReadSoft will market a digital mailroom solution incorporating the DOCUMENTS recognition and capture technology along with IBML's ImageTrac® Scanning Platform to automate mailroom environments and convert paper based mail to digital information and images. Organizations can then use the data and images to feed various distribution flows and electronic delivery. ReadSoft's document automation solutions incorporate applications such as structured forms, EDI, invoices, indexing and mailrooms.
