IBML and PROFORMANCE Sign Reseller Agreement

Birmingham, AL – November 11, 2004 – Imaging Business Machines, LLC (IBML), a leading manufacturer and marketer of intelligent medium and high-speed, high capacity color scanning technology, announced today that they have signed an agreement with PROFORMANCE to sell The ImageTrac® Scanning Platform and services.
