G. Russell Smith Joins Imaging Business Machines as CFO

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE, April 1, 2008, Birmingham, AL – Imaging Business Machines, LLC (IBML) today announced the appointment of G. Russell Smith as Chief Financial Officer.

“We are pleased to welcome Russell Smith to IBML,” said Derrick Murphy, CEO and President of IBML. “He comes to us with considerable expertise having over 15 years of financial and operational management experience in healthcare, insurance and manufacturing”.

Most recently Mr. Smith served as CFO and Senior Vice President of Development for Active Day, Inc. At Active Day, Smith was responsible for all aspects of finance and development for the fast growing company. Prior to his appointment at Active Day, Mr. Smith has held senior posts with Highland Capital Holding Corporation, MedPartners and Ernst & Young.

A native of Alabama, Mr. Smith graduated from Birmingham Southern College with a degree in Accounting. He currently lives in Oneonta, Alabama with his wife, Kim, and their daughter, Reagan.
