Zwar hatte ibml schon länger Tischscanner im Angebot, doch diese Geräte konnten sich am deutschen Markt nie durchsetzen. Jetzt möchte das Unternehmen mit neuen Geräten, neuer Software und neuen Industrie-4.0-Konzepten den Markt erobern. Chefbüro sprach mit Steffen Unmuth, ibml Sales Director EMEA.

Highvolume-Systeme für Arbeitsplatzscanner - Bei Scannern scheint die Leistungsfähigkeit der Hardware ihre Grenzen erreicht zu haben. Um die Vorgaben von Digitalisierung und Industrie 4.0 zu erfüllen, reichen jedoch die bislang erzielten Geschwindigkeiten nicht aus. Um die Scanproduktion weiter zu verschlanken,benötigen die Verantwortlichen neue Software, die exakt auf die Scanner abgestimmt ist und die manuelle Prozesse automatisieren kann.
