Eiler previously was ibml’s director of professional services, responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of ibml solutions. Eiler joined ibml in 2003 as an implementation specialist.

 

Before joining ibml, Eiler coordinated system upgrades and enhancements for a major global provider of payments, document and content processing software and hardware solutions. He has also served as the lead technical analyst for a provider of enterprise asset management software.

 

Eiler holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in Marketing from Mississippi State University. He also is certified as an AIIM Business Process Management Specialist.
