Based in Birmingham, Alabama, Imaging Business Machines, LLC (IBML) is a leading developer, manufacturer and distributor of high-speed, high-capacity document image scanners and related software and services. The Company's scanners are used by banks, pharmaceutical companies, government agencies, healthcare institutions, state revenue departments and other organizations that process and store large quantities of paper documents. Our products and services provide intelligent scanning technology for the most demanding document imaging applications, including mixed documents of different weights, sizes, and compositions.
IBML solutions bridge the gap between paper and digital documents by combining state-of-the-art scanning throughput hardware with document recognition and software features that convert hard copy items into virtual documents. The ImageTrac® Scanning Platform consists of the ImageTrac scanner, SoftTrac® user interface, and a full range of both customer and outsourced service offerings.
Since the Company's founding in 1992, IBML has sold in excess of 1,200 scanners in over 34 countries to hundreds of customers across a wide variety of industries.
