- A three year contract designed to provide back-up scanning capacity in the event of a declared disaster that results in suspension of Client daily scanning operations

- Redundancy is critical to daily operations
- Significant revenue losses will be incurred if daily scanning is disrupted
Where can IBML support the Disaster Recovery Service?
- Anywhere in the continental U. S.
How does it Work?
- Payment is billed monthly in advance based on configuration
- Payment and service can be included with ImageTrac Support Contracts
- 180 Day Interim Scanning at IBML
- Documents to be prepped by Client or IBML
- Shipping expenses will be the responsibility of Client; IBML will make all necessary arrangements as needed
- Turnaround time will reflect pre-negotiated Disaster Recovery Checklist (DRC) Terms & Conditions
- Daily FTP of scanned images
- Backend communications and networks are the Client’s responsibility
