Conversion Assistance Services

IBML’s Conversion Assistance Services (CAS) focuses on providing customized offerings designed specifically to assist BPO providers, end users, service bureaus and partners with unique document capture requirements. The goal of these services is to provide IBML technology to users regardless of volumes or duration of job.

There are many instances in which a processor's volume does not justify a long term investment in a high volume scanning platform. In these situations, IBML can offer its technology through various programs designed to meet those specific circumstances and to compliment a managed service or current operation.

Depending on the situation, IBML can help provide capacity for peak period processing challenges, add temporary scanning for short-term or unexpected volume, facilitate production ready systems with quick back-file turn-around, or work with a customer on a per image basis.

IBML also offers customizable disaster recovery or business continuance services as part of its comprehensive monthly maintenance and support plan for owners of ImageTrac systems; or, for those companies who wish to have a Disaster Recovery Plan but have not yet moved to the ImageTrac Platform.
